1) A 12-Year Journey of Social Commitment

This is not merely the story of a political organization.

It is the collective voice of hardworking people
who have struggled the most within society and the system,

yet remained the least represented.

For the past 12 years,
the “Shramik Utthan Evam Samajik Kalyankari Association”
has worked continuously for the rights, dignity, and social welfare of:

  • workers,
  • farmers,
  • economically weaker middle-class families,
  • unemployed youth,
  • and socially neglected communities.

It is from this long journey of public service and grassroots engagement
that the vision of the “Akhil Bharatiya Sramik Party”
was born.

Our mission is not limited to electoral politics.

We believe that—

the true strength of India
lies in its hardworking people.

Yet for decades:

  • workers have remained underrepresented,
  • farmers have struggled without security,
  • youth have faced unemployment and uncertainty,
  • and society has been divided through politics based on caste, religion, race, class, and discrimination.

Our commitment is to:

  • bridge the gap between organized and unorganized workers,
  • strengthen economic equality,
  • make education and healthcare fundamental rights,
  • ensure political representation for working people,
  • oppose divisive politics and social hatred,
  • and help build a fair, equal, and stronger India.

We believe in a politics where—

humanity comes before division,
and society comes before power.

The “Akhil Bharatiya Sramik Party”
stands as a movement committed to dignity, security, equality, and representation for the hardworking people of India.

2) Origin of the Party

The “Akhil Bharatiya Sramik Party”
was formed to carry forward the mission and objectives of the
“Shramik Utthan Evam Samajik Kalyankari Association.”

The very name of the organization reflects its direction and purpose—
to stand with workers,

farmers,
economically weaker middle-class families,
and socially neglected communities.

This is not merely a political party,
but the continuation of years of social struggle,
public service,
and grassroots movements for the rights of hardworking people.

3) Protest Against LPG Cylinder Restrictions (2014)

During the tenure of the Manmohan Singh government,
the number of subsidized LPG cylinders was reduced from 12 to 9,
and the refill waiting period was increased from 21 days to 30 days.

The organization strongly opposed these decisions
and launched public pressure campaigns demanding restoration of the previous system.

As a result of sustained public pressure,
the government was compelled to restore the earlier rules.

4) Action Against Fraudulent Builders Exploiting the Poor

The organization also raised its voice against builders
who were allegedly cheating poor workers and domestic laborers
in the name of providing “dream homes.”

Through legal and social intervention,
significant efforts were made to ensure action against those responsible,
leading to arrests and accountability.

5) Supreme Court Petition Against Demonetization (2016)

In 2016,
during the demonetization period,
the organization filed a petition in the Supreme Court
highlighting the hardships faced by:

daily wage workers,

small traders,

laborers,

and economically weaker citizens.

6) Support for Migrant Workers During the COVID-19 Crisis

During the nationwide lockdown,
the organization actively raised concerns regarding migrant workers
and people stranded far from their homes.

The organization proposed several measures to the Government, including:

  • preparing an SOP to safely transport stranded workers,
  • demanding the launch of “Shramik Trains,”
  • recommending employment support through MGNREGA,
  • and suggesting the formation of a Disaster Management Committee to address the pandemic response.

Several of these recommendations were later implemented.

7) Fee Waiver Campaign and Relief Work During COVID-19

During the pandemic,
the organization also demanded fee waivers for students from financially affected families.

In addition,
relief activities such as:

  • handmade mask distribution,
  • support for vulnerable families,
  • and community assistance efforts

were carried out across affected areas.

8) Appeal for Compensation for Silkyara Tunnel Workers

Following the Silkyara tunnel incident,
the organization appealed to the Prime Minister
to ensure compensation of ₹10 lakh each
for the 41 trapped workers through the concerned company.

9) Humanitarian and Social Welfare Initiatives

Over the years,
the organization has continuously participated in:

  • blanket distribution during winters,
  • assistance for needy families,
  • labor awareness campaigns,
  • and social welfare activities for vulnerable communities.

Our Belief

We believe that—

politics should not exist merely for power,
but to ensure dignity, security, equality, and opportunity
for the most hardworking and neglected citizens of the nation.

The “Akhil Bharatiya Sramik Party”
is an extension of that struggle,
that vision,
and that public voice.
