The fundamental objective of ABSP (Akhil Bharatiya Shramik Party) is to eliminate the artificial divisions that exist among workers across the country. Under the current system, significant disparities exist in wages, benefits, and opportunities between organized and unorganized sectors, government and non-government sectors, and various categories of workers. In many cases, individuals performing work of a similar nature receive unequal compensation.
The Akhil Bharatiya Shramik Party firmly believes that, in accordance with the spirit of the Right to Equality enshrined in the Constitution of India, the principle of “Equal Pay for Equal Work” must be effectively implemented. Our commitment is to ensure that every worker performing work of a similar nature receives fair and dignified compensation, regardless of the sector, institution, or category to which they belong.
Our Primary Commitment
ABSP assures the workers, farmers, employees, youth, and citizens of India that if they unite and establish a people’s government, policies and legislative measures related to “Equal Pay for Equal Work” will be accorded the highest priority.
Necessary administrative and legal procedures will be undertaken in a phased manner to provide this principle with a strong legal framework, ensuring that workers receive their rightful and just compensation.
