Accessible and Quality Healthcare for All

Healthcare is one of the most fundamental responsibilities of any government and the basic right of every citizen. Therefore, strengthening the healthcare sector and making it accessible, modern, accountable, and people-oriented will be among the highest priorities of the government. Our objective is to establish a healthcare system where laborers, farmers, poor families, and common citizens can receive timely, free, and high-quality medical treatment.

Free Medical Facilities at the Local Level

Special emphasis will be given to the healthcare sector by establishing regional clinics, dispensaries, and primary healthcare centers at ward, block, and rural levels, so that laborers, farmers, and the general public can receive free primary medical treatment within their own local areas. It will be the responsibility of the government to ensure that every citizen receives timely primary healthcare so that minor illnesses do not become life-threatening.

Maternal, Child, and Rural Healthcare Protection

Special priority will be given to the health and safety of pregnant women, newborn babies, and children. Maternal care, child healthcare, nutrition programs, vaccination systems, and emergency medical services will be strengthened to ensure safe and effective healthcare facilities even in rural and underdeveloped regions.

Development of Super Speciality Hospitals

Strong emphasis will be placed on establishing modern super speciality hospitals across the country so that treatment for serious and complex diseases can be made available to common citizens through the public healthcare system itself. This will reduce dependency on expensive private hospitals and commercial healthcare networks.

Accountability and Responsibility in Healthcare

Accountability within the healthcare system will be strictly ensured by clearly defining the responsibilities and duties of doctors, healthcare workers, and administrative authorities. Strict action and monitoring mechanisms will be implemented against negligence, corruption, and irregularities in medical services, ensuring transparent, responsible, and high-quality healthcare for every citizen. Government healthcare institutions will be made more disciplined, efficient, and people-oriented.

Control Over Medical Mafias and Private Insurance Exploitation

Strict control will be imposed on systems and schemes through which taxpayers’ money is diverted toward medical mafias and private insurance companies. Healthcare will not be treated as a business, but as a public welfare service, ensuring that public resources directly benefit the people.

Equal Healthcare — A Right for Every Citizen

Healthcare benefits will be delivered equally and conveniently to every section of society in accordance with the principle of equality. Discrimination between rich and poor in medical treatment will be eliminated by creating a healthcare system where every citizen receives respectful and quality medical care. It will be the responsibility of the government to ensure that no person is deprived of treatment due to financial hardship.
